This fixed the problem, and I had no issues with either Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Note: I was having difficulty getting to correctly download files in Chrome until I temporarily disabled my extensions. Just click on one of the video links directly below the video window. Incidentally, if you want to record a video, you can do that from the same interface.
